NJIT Civil engineering students had showcased their final projects on 40 stories commercial buildings. The presentation covers a full spectrum of structural engineering workflow, starting with project description, applicable building code, design load, and serviceability criteria, followed by floor framing plan design, lateral load resisting system, and foundation design.
