Mass Timber Building Case Study

IEngineerLab (Active Design Group) entered Design competition with KYSH STUDIO and TECTONUS for a commercial project, located in high seismic zone. Upon the current climate crisis, sustainability was the first priority that design team had to address minimal CO2 emission. Design team chose the mass timber as a structural material to meet the sustainability Goals.
